The room can comfortably accommodate 12 – 18 persons seated at tables -18 persons max.
Ideal for training and meetings, this room is furnished with 8 fold down tables and chairs in conference format.
The room has a ceiling mounted laser projector and wireless connection system for your laptop. Video conferencing (BYOD) or making presentations has never been easier.
A white board (water-soluble pens only) and flipchart is provided .Hot and cold drink facilities are present in the room and also can be made in the communal kitchen.
The Conference Room can be combined with Room 1 to create a larger linked useable space and is, therfore, perfect for small meetings, briefings and social gatherings.

The Midwives team continue to operate from the Saxmundham Hub complex and are now located at Block A behind the new library. The Midwifery team can be contacted by text message only on 07710 716948.
NHS Midwives + Childrens Services
Children’s Services hold clinics and drop in sessions on alternate Wednesday and Friday mornings at The Fromus Centre.
