Welcome to the new Fromus Centre – the community centre for Saxmundham
For all social and community activities, the new Fromus Centre is THE place to meet!
You can find us in Street Farm Road, very close to the town centre and forming part of the ‘Saxmundham Hub’, along with the library and other community services.
The Fromus Centre provides excellent, modern facilities for community groups and other organisations or individuals to book and use, at extremely reasonable rates.

Chairs
With the support of Saxmundham Town Council, we are about to replace the old and tired looking blue fabric chairs in the Main Hall with new chairs. The new chairs will be lighter, wipe clean and meet current safety standards. Therefore, we now have around 40 ‘old’ chairs which are available FOC. Please email fromus.centre@gmail.com if interested.

NHS Midwives
Please note that from 1 April 2023, the Community Midwives team will no longer be operating from The Fromus Community Centre. The Midwives team continue to operate from the Saxmundham Hub complex but have now relocated to Block A behind the new library. The Midwifery team can be contacted by text message only on 07710 716948.
We regret the Fromus Centre booking line telephone number is unable to assist with NHS or SCC Childrens Services appointment queries etc. Thank you.
